Refund policy

Return Policy 

All sales are final, but remain subject to the Warranty and Damaged Items policies detailed below. 

Warranty 

All products include a manufacturer's limited warranty. For Zaneen branded products it is for a period of one year covering defects in materials and workmanship, providing no charge replacement parts, repair, or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion. Please contact Zaneen Shop Source for resolution of any warranty issues. 

However, products identified as “As Is” are warrantied to be functional at time of your receipt of product only, and that the item is in the condition as described. These items are generally showroom samples or open box inventory and may have minor signs of wear and tear. No additional warranties apply. 

Zaneen Shop and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use any product purchased from Zaneen Shop or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if Zaneen Shop or it's suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

We are not responsible for any labor costs for installation, removal, or reinstallation of products. 

Damaged Items 

If your purchased product(s) arrive broken or damaged, immediately report to carrier any visible damage to the package. We cannot assist with a claim against carrier for damage unless this is done. If the product(s) arrive with concealed damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange for resolution. Zaneen Shop will provide no charge replacement parts, or repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. If possible, photograph the unopened package or the concealed damage to assist with carrier claim and/or resolution assistance. 

If a pickup tag is issued for prepaid return of defective or damaged item(s) and the package is not released to carrier during their pickup attempts, then costs for return shipment will become your responsibility. 

Order Cancellations 

Due to the high costs associated with credit card transactions we reserve the right to deduct from any refund up to five percent of the total sale price of cancelled orders. 

Refused Deliveries 

If the order is refused at time of delivery and returned to us by the carrier, we will hold the goods on your behalf for a reasonable period of time pending your revised shipping instructions and payment of corresponding additional shipping costs. 

Safety Approval 

All products are safety approved by Underwriters' Laboratories (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), or ETL, confirming compliance with North American safety standards for use of the products in the United States and Canada. 

Light Bulbs 

Light bulbs are not included unless stated in product details and are not included in the warranty coverage of lighting fixtures they may be included with. Purchases of light bulbs are non-returnable. 

Lamping 

All posted Lamping figures are MAXIMUM wattage (W) ratings. Never exceed the maximum fixture ratings as this may cause injury and / or damage to fixture and property. 

Coupons 

Coupons cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts. Coupons are limited to one per customer per order and are available for one-time use only. Coupons and other discount offers are not transferable or redeemable.
